I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Foresight in Palo Alto. I received my Master’s in Science of Nursing with the emphasis in mental health from Regis College in Massachusetts. I have experience in home health care, acute inpatient, and community based nursing. My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, affective disorders, personality disorders, and psychosis. I focus on client-centered care, individualized treatment, and goal-oriented plans to help create a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I have worked with adolescents, adults, and older adults with a focus on adults ages 18-65.
